Starting from the 20th May 2024 all retailers selling cigars and/or pipe tobacco must be registered with the Track and Trace programme. In order to register you simply need to supply us with your Facility Identifier Code (FIC) and your Economic Operator Identifier Code (EIOD). If you have already given us this information you dont need to do anything more. If you haven’t you can simply fill out the form below and press submit. We will then process this information for you.
If you also sell cigarettes you will already have this information. We don’t need any new codes, simply the same ones you had to apply for in order to sell cigarettes. The same legislation has just been expanded to include cigars and pipe tobacco.
*Offer valid until December 2023. Offer can be claimed only once per retailer. Retailers may choose two packs of any Signature product, subject to availability. The prizes featured are non-transferable and there is no cash equivalent.
Track and Trace is government legislation that allows all tobacco being sold in the UK to be traced from it’s point of origin to the retailer who sells it to the public.
The legislation requires all retailers to have an Economic Operator ID and a Facility ID. Retailers selling cigarettes will already have these ID’s.
